Some stories feel like they’re meant to be told in soft light and quiet moments — and Fernanda & Jahswill’s wedding was exactly that. I had the absolute honor of capturing their love story, first during their engagement session, and now on one of the most beautiful days of their lives.
The day began at the Jehovah’s Witnesses Kingdom Hall in Brentwood, where vows were exchanged in a sacred and intimate ceremony, surrounded by loved ones. The weather was cool and the skies clouded over — but the warmth between these two could have brightened the entire sky. Every glance, every smile, every moment between them was deeply genuine, and deeply moving.
After the ceremony, we made our way to the breathtaking Brownstone Gardens in Oakley for their portraits. And let me just say — this location never disappoints. The gardens were moody and glowing under the soft gray sky, creating a timeless, almost fairytale-like setting. Fernanda looked radiant, like something out of a classic romance, and Jahswill… absolutely beaming with pride and joy. Together, they brought the space to life.
The celebration continued at the Oakley Community Center, where friends and family gathered to laugh, dance, and celebrate a love that’s as real as it gets. Even though the temperatures dipped, the atmosphere was filled with joy, warmth, and connection.
I'm still working on their wedding film (and I can’t wait to share it), but for now, I’m beyond excited to release these images — snapshots of a love story that’s just getting started.
Fernanda & Jahswill, thank you for trusting me to capture these memories. Your love is inspiring, and your wedding day was nothing short of magical.
